yokus: If you have LLM, you can use WES since the highest point you can get is the equivalent of Masters anyways. The advantage of using IQAS is that it is fast (not sure about this anymore) and they don't require any further confirmation. However, if you want to practice in Canada you will still need your BL. which is why WES is more preferrable but who cares about practicing right now. The goal for now is to get PR, we shall cross the bridge of licensure when we get there. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Dear Great minds, Im thinking of assessing Accounting Technician certificate (AAT) with WES to earn more points. The question is, Will WES assess my Accounting Technician (AAT) certificate as a one or 2 years diploma. I got my AAT in 2004. Anyone with useful information on this should please share. Thanks |

Eraytee: There's no need to change, it doesn't affect the application. So far you have marriage certificate to proof you guys are married there is no problem. My friend and her family jus got ppr this month and she applied in her father's name so it's up to your choice. |

Guys, Please can someone give a guide here? I believe others will learn too. On selling a property say land / house and suddenly having a lump amount (proceeds from the property sale) lodged into one’s account for less than two months. Suddenly getting an ITA, what documents does one need to tender to show that these funds were not borrowed but accruing from owner’s property sale. Would this raise some red flags since balance isn’t up to 6 months as required and also is a lump sum lodgement? Please all your advices and ideas are urgently sought. Thanks everyone in anticipation. |

Good morning lovely people, Please I have few question/clarifications: 1. I evaluated MSc only for spouse and I. Do we need to list educational history from secondary to Bsc and then Msc? 2. POF is in spouse name. However, I am the PA. Can we use it? 3. Spouse has over 10 years experience with just a single organisation. Although, he has passed through different departments. Do we specify various job position/dept he has been in the EE or just his current one. 4. I have an employer's reference letter dated June, 2017. Can I still make use of it ( hoping for ITA in the next draw). Also, they requested for an address ( they do not issue 'to whom'), I provided CIC Toronto, Ontario address - Pls is this in order? Thank you all. |

You need to show proof of sale.... In my opinion, i think the below documents should be enough 1. Evidence of Payment 2. Deed of Sale 3. Proof that the land/house was yours before the sale (e.g. Survey plan in your name) Others can wade in. Dave4eva: 2 Likes |

Dewys1: I would advise you start talking to the hospitals where you both had the surgery. Just have the medical report handy in case you are asked for it when you go for your medicals so as to avoid going back and forth and putting yourself under unnecessary pressure. If not asked, then nothing spoil. |

4Barr: Please when did you use IQAS for your evaluation? Has it been long? You said they don't require any further confirmation. Is it that they don't need further verification like WES that can keep one's evaluation for ages all in the name of waiting for verification from institution? |
