the problem is not from Network provider. But the website was hosted on a server provided by host company (e.g hostgator, godaddy) which enable world wide access. it was suspended by the web host

You can always continue from wherever you stopped. Except your passport, no any other document for now..

will the passport show on our slip..cos am unable to upload my passport due to network ish and have saved the page to go and print outside

Yes I used google chrome with 9mobile network around 4am , although Patience is key cos the site is so frustrating.

I applied for a position without my brothers pic thinking i wont be able to help him upload his passport. i think i used Mozilla or chrome browser using a laptop to upload his passport. The passport is now displaying along with his applied position, ID, email and his name.

Wow...cos its has been something else here since morning. its displaying 3hours as countdown, and anytime I refresh the page it starts all over again
