That's how people lay curses on themselves and their generations to come. God is a God of justice.. Op i advice i wake up at midnight, read psalms and pray to God to fight for you. You would be amazed, give her a year and u will see the mess her life had become!

This is my own advice for you bro.
1. Don't call her again
2. Don't threaten her either
3. Report to the police station immediately with proofs ( text message conversation and the transaction itself)
4. Proceed to the office of your network provider for tracking.
Explain all what happened to them, they will track her movements ( but it's not free, be prepared to spend nothing less than 20k)
5. After she has been captured, demand for your 30k and the 20k you used in tracking her.
It's gonna work, this has been used several times to get smart criminals

Just call her with another number and toast her before asking her if your mouth sweet she would refund ASAP

I thought of getting a court order as adviced against the account. But then the amount is small, just 30,000. Don't want to think about how much I'll begin to spend with a lawyer in a bid to recover that amount.

My bank also wanted to... (don't even know how they called that) to her account. But money doesn't even come frequently to the account.

This is a small way you can.

Since you said the bank was willing to place something on her account, then you can have someone else transfer another money to her account and the bank places a restriction on her account so that she cannot withdraw with the ATM and when she enters the bank to collect it, she can be arrested by the bank and made to refund the previous one.


Make sure you involve the bank in all this arrangement especially before making another transfer.

Leave all this advises.let all start calling the no immmeadtly for her to pay up

Let ur bank contact her own bank on the issue, let them use her BVN to trace, probably she must have gotten other accounts where she receives money often.....her next of kin should be contacted, her frequent caller should be contacted through her service provider. Before then, her account should be place on Debit.

Go to olx upload iPhone 10 for #20,000 and put her number as contact. Relax with a bottle of coke and allow God to fight your battle.

Lol.. when I see things like this it makes me quiver. I just don't get it. When I experience such mistakes asides from the fact that I feel so uncomfortable with money that is not mine inflating my actual account balance , I'm excited because it's another opportunity for me to restore faith in humanity. To demonstrate that good people still exist. The look on the person's face/the sound of disbelief in their voice is just priceless. Moreover it spikes my self-esteem. No amount of money can give one this feeling. It's priceless and it baffles me people trade it for peanuts. I remember a time I was credited twice by courier plus for a parcel I shipped, I was even the one begging for an account number to transfer the money to as they delayed sending it for weeks.

how sure are you that she was in the hospital? it might just be a plot to gain your pity,and when she saw that it did not work,she tried being harsh maybe that will work and make you forget it.

But still it's registered on the network database.
He can go to the network n find out her details. N possibly track her down too, I don't really know sha.

Pls, file a complaint for reversal against quickteller immediately. Attach all supporting evidences, including the correct account name and number. Your money will be reversed after confirmation from her (if she doesn't have a fraudulent mind). .....Best

same thing happened to my brother, his friend wanted to transfer 400k to him but wrongly transferred to another guy. he went to the bank but they refuse to give his number but they called him themselves while the phone was on speaker. at first. he said he didn't see any alert meanwhile he has already transferred 380k as at that time. then he later said again that he was expecting the same amount of money from someone else.

Bank refused to flag or take action on his account. They said there's nothing they can do. Nigeria is such a f**ked up country. I wonder what the essence their BVN is.

I think you shld contact your bank' customer care so they can communicate with her bank too even if she doesn't use the latter acct or probably has a linked acct and they are able to track her bvn you are good to Go

Well, am currently a victim for about 400k, the bank block the thief account, the mobile number is not going through. All effort to reach her proof abortive. I guess once the thief get the alert, they will withdraw the money immediately and abandon the account.

I do not think there is a way out in this country except you are a big man that has connection within the security network, it is only the security that boss the bank and fish out the thief.

This same thing happen to me a month ago. I have gone to my bank to complain nothing has been done, am still expecting my money to be reverse.

Your first move was to call your bank, provide the details of the transaction, let them know you were debited twice instead of once and you want a recall of one. U ve tried contacting the beneficiary but she is not cooperating.
Your bank will contact her bank and the money will be placed on hold, she can't withdraw it, Den her consent will be sought for a reversal bck to your bank then from Ur bank to Ur account.

Just learn Ur lesson, d money might be gone bro
