I paid Eyesight construction ltd for handrails for a project at Abuja on the 30th of August,2017 and has not done the job uptil now, he pleaded to finish the work today but he has not done even 10% of the job(and he is not in abuja) and i have paid him 90% of the money cos he is a nairaland member.

He is a FRAUD, anybody who deals with him does so at his/her own risk.

segzy14 please i cant abscond with your money, you paid me a sum of 253k and 72k on the 29th and 30th respectively and we agreed that you will give me two days notice when to mobilize to site as the area wasn't ready because of seceding work and that was fine by us. And you side I should plan to move in a week time.

That same week I traveled to Ghana and left a Whatapp message for you that in case you called me and can't get me you should use WhatApp.

Your later reached me and told me the place is ready immediately I came back I moved to site that same weekend. And commenced the work but our argon welding machine developed a fault when we on it, probably it was roughly handled when we moved it over to abuja, we ran around to fix it in abuja but when we couldn't get a head way I had to move it back to Lagos this is where we lost time and you were mad at us and told us to do a refund immediately, I pleaded for some more time as we have already put I'm some funds and time to it and most importantly we don't want it to end in a bad was as this not the first job you have given us.

And we gave us one more chance to finished up the job today Thursday.

Today Taiwo called me to asking on behalf of the client about what's going on and I told him every thing and he said he will call you on my behalf and also the client so we can report back to site on Tuesday.

I have also pleaded with you that this is happenstance and not deliberate as nobody plans to fail. I always respect you but sorry this went this way.

With this explanation by the defendant Mr Op,where lies the fraud in all of this?
