Eseblanco: even if you are got the attestation letter , i think is better to write any of the test to increase your chances of visa approval..i have the attestation letter in lieu of the toefl test but i still wrote the test .some schools like mine might waive the GRE if your CGPA is high. 1 Like |

Eseblanco: Sanctus1: Not just visa approval... with a good score in your Gre and Toefl, u stand a chance to securing tuition waiver and readily funding. However if u v got a deep pocket , and the school is willing to waive both for u, Great! Best of luck! 1 Like |

Good day everyone! I'm new to this thread. Pls I'ld like to ask a few questions. Can one use his/her father's company's account as proof of financial affidavit to be sent to the school as well as embassy; Probably with a letter of introduction from my father. What's the difference between SOP and academic writing because I'm a bit confused. Also is anyone applying to Eastern Illinois University or Fort Hays State University. Thank you. |

schrisade: Why are you confused? How are they related? You have been asked to provide a sample of academic writing. Those assignments your lecturers normally gave you are example or any other research paper you've written in the past. SOP is why you want to do that course in that school, your career prospects after the prog.etc. |

chaiks: IELTS can't be more easier; that's double comparatives. If you write this in IELTS, you will fail WRITING . If you prepare for an exam, you will pass. No exam is easy, that's why it's called an exam or a test. 4 Likes |
