Sorry for your loss dear. You'll soon come back and testify.

Don't take any ovulation boosting drugs since you have cyst, if possible they should remove the cyst if it can't dissolve on its own. For the infection, if drugs and injection are not helping, treat it naturally with garlic, ginger, lime, lemon, bitter leaf juice e.t.c

White rice and stew with vegetables sauce with funkun and half boiled egg. (just the way I love them)
It's very peppery so carry cold water for hand o
