A credible source has revealed that DSS might used EFCC to arrest Sen. Abaribe for not compromising on IPOB as other Igbo leaders have. They have connived with Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu to dig up past activities while he was a deputy governor of Abia to use it to shut him up since all attempts made to have him to support their agenda have proven abortive. The source said " they have tried to induce him financially, he refused. They even tried to use lucrative contracts, he refused. The last attempt was to offer him the seat of Senate President in the next dispensation, assuming Buhari and Osinbajo returns to balance the seat of powers amongst all regions, he refused" Having exhausted all avenues to compromise him, DSS have hatched a plan to dig up past events and use it to shut him up or remove him from the senate. Sen. Enyinnaya has said on multiple occasions that he doesn't support IPOB, he believes in One Nigeria, however he will not support any activity, agenda or plans that are unconstitutional and undemocratic, that's only where he differs with the federal government.
