1. We have 6 Geo Political Zones and we don't have up to 6 service chiefs. So 1 or 2 zones will be left out at one time or the other
2. During all the years of Jonathan, there was no service Chief from the NW
3. When (under Jonathan) Ihejirika was CAS and Dele Ezeoba was CNS, there was no service chief from the SW
