There are places to joke and where not to joke. The Nigerian Army does not shoot people over the issue of Biafra alone, they shoot people for different sorts of reasons. It could easily be you on the floor dead tomorow over an issue that has nothing to do with IPOB or Biafra or simply because someone doesnt like your face.

So if you are not yet mature enough to speak against military violence, make way let those who can do so.
Are you a chief judge?Anyway that's your opinion. God bless Nigeria

i doubt it, government only need approval from senate when it wants to declare state of emergency, for a military exercise or operation it doesn't need court injunction

Senate cannot give her approval when the court has not proven beyond doubt that the activities of a group is tantamount to terrorism
therefore I still put it to u that it's an invasion and abuse of human right as such appropriate process was not taken prior the invasion

Videos n pics of the invasion has been everywhere online n even on this forum since September 14th.

Ur really a foolish fool, if u want evidence, go and search for it by ur self instead of typing trash.

Idiot. You know nothing about the law and how evidences are been examined and debated in the court of law, be it the local courts or the
international court. Nothing really proves in those videos are real, IPOB and idiots like you who posted those videos cannot stand in the court and confirm the videos are real out of cowardice and fear, social media if full of lies posted by your type and only a thorough on-ground investigation can indict the military. Though i know your brain may not comprehend this, just needed to state it anyway. Anuofia!

The video of the Nigerian Army surrounding Kanu's house is on youtube. The video of heavy gunfire at Kanus gate is on youtube. The video of the aftermath of the raid is on youtube.

Plus, the Army declared victory over IPOB. So what do you the Army surrounded Kanu's house for? To offer him protection?

What you dont understand is that in the courts you need to prove beyond reasonable doubt your case to indict someone. Videos on the Internet or social media are not reliable evidences in the international courts. You talk about Army surrounding Kanu's house, they could easily claim they where passing by or maintaining the peace, then it becomes a war of words between the accuser and the defence team. Meanwhile the video does not show them breaking into his house.
Again you talk about Sound of Gunfire, i saw the video, but didnt see a military personnel shooting, no videos show the Army were actually the ones shooting, if you have one please post it. the video could be passed as fake with a claim that the sound of gunshots were sound edited to the clips.
You need to know it takes a lot to convict someone in the court not sentiments

Fact remains that the videos have always been available online, it takes a FoOOOoolish fOOool to ask that ur stupid question.

The invasion happened n it's real, typing in igbo n going haywire won't change anything.
