Oyedepo Reveals What God Told Him About Nigeria’s Breakup by Naijaalive(m): 4:03pm On Oct 02, 2017
Founder of Living Faith Church, Bishop David Oyedepo, has disclosed that God told him Nigeria will not “disintegrate” despite the current challenges ravaging it.

Oyedepo made this known while leading his church to a breakfast prayer for the country, on Monday.

The clergyman led the church to pray for the peace of the country and for God to intervene and direct the government to make good policies for the country.

He said, “The good news is that Nigeria will rise again to glory.

“Nigeria shall not see war; God will visit eternal silence on every religious bigot being used to cause war; there will be no bloodshed in the country

“Let Nigeria know peace; make this our independence gift; let every religious manipulator be stopped today.

“We shall not see war in this country again.

“God has given us peace today for the economic and industrial revolution of Nigeria as a great nation.

“No agent of the devil will cause problems for this country.”

I keep wondering why Nigeria and Nigerians reason this way, as much as I respect Bishop David Oyedepo I think many of our Clergymen are so fearful of disintegration not that it's a demonic thing but for fear of losing most of their Southeasterner flocks which to me is very bad and unscriptural. I am still waiting to hear from any of these clergymen to educate us why we should be one when it is only one demonic region benefiting more on our pseudo unity. Disintegration of Nations is an act of God as established in the Bible so why this fear fear displays anytime the word secession arises?

God alone has the power to break up this Country and I am of the opinion that as it stands, Nigeria as a Country is no longer working and the best option to save us from more future economic woes is dissolution into regional heads. Our population is inching close to 200 million and we are still talking of epileptic power supply of 3,000 to 4,000 megawatts when we should by now be talking of 200,000 megawatts. Ethiopia, Rwanda, Kenya, Ghana, Zambia and Bostwana all boast of little potentials compared to us yet are enjoying stable power supply far beyond us. I am not going to talk of agriculture, basic amenities, motorable roads, educational standard that works, security etc where our records are abysmally low and irritating and I keep asking what the hell is wrong with our clergymen? Just speak the truth for once like the likes of Martin Luther King Jnr, Luois Farrakhan, who shook American government to its foundation for the emancipation of the downtrodden especially within the black communities in US.

I don't see anywhere in the post that he said God told him anything. He was just making declarations of faith. It's a form of prayer for the nation. OP please stop giving false information about men of God

Even though my papa would want Nigeria not to disintegrate, I fully support the total division of the country.
God doesn't want injustice anywhere. Islamisation agenda of Buhari is waxing stronger by the day and no Man of God is speaking up enough to stop what we are about to witness in Nigeria like it's was done in Turkey.

Bro, they don't Nigeria to disintegrate because of the money they are getting from their members. Just imagine if that happen, the population of the church members will reduce, that is why they are preaching unity, is not as if they means it from their heart or love each other but because of what they will get

God bless you real good for your foresightedness not many souls can see this way they only have eyes that look. Only the core norths and few fearful Yoruba sidekicks that are dreadful of dissolution of this failed state called Nigeria.

God bless you my brother that is why I am of the opinion that God will soon visit his judgments on the hypocrites among us soon. Nigeria is simply dying, not working and the main reason is because of our pseudo-unity so what what stops us from doing the right thing, divide peacefully!
