Naij is now one of Nigeria leading news and entertainment sites, while Jiji is also one of the leading classified sites operating in Nigeria. Though these two online companies Naij and Jiji operate mostly in Nigeria but their ownerships/CEOs have always been subject of inquisition. But the first surprising fact about Naij and Jiji is that contrary to what many Nigerians think none of these two giant sites is owned by a Nigerian! Secondly both Naij and Jiji emanated from the same non-Nigeria source (Parent company) Both Naij and Jiji companies are the brainchild of Ukrainian “Genesis Technology Partners” internet conglomerate with headquarter in Brovary, Kyiv Ukraine. The CEO of Genesis Technology Partners, the parent company of Naij and Jiji is Russian Vladimir Mnogoletniy. And while Naij and Jiji operate independently away from their parent company, the CEO of Jiji is Ukrainian Anton Wolyansky but the owner/CEO of Naij has been shrouded in utmost secrecy but we were able to unravel Naij owner. While some think Naij is owned by Belarusian Vital Laptenok, Vital Laptenok is not really the owner/founder of Naij but he is a Growth Hacker at Genesis Technology Partners and the owner/founder of Naij dot com is actually a Greek in the person of Georgios Vlachou Source: http://highteknology.com/2017/10/who-is-ownerfounderceo-of-naijcom-and.html 1 Like

What do you mean my "unveiling the owner of naij"? Don't you dare tell me you are just "exposing the owner of naij". I've known the guy is from Belarus for about 5 years now. Check this thread of about 5 years ago - https://www.nairaland.com/1122954/naij.com-owned-belarus-guy |
