I withdrew money from my Skrill account to my fidelity account since 11th of October till now am yet to receive it. the painful part is that skrill has already charged me 5.50 euros for the the local bank transfer and notified me that my withdrawal has been processed. I called my bank and the told me that they've not received any money from skrill. I wrote to skrill but the haven't replied me. please what do I do? I just tired and frustrated now

Go and print your statement of account and know if it's true... If no.. Send the scanned bank statement to them.
