Well i dont want to sound like a pessimist, but the likelihood of an AC is next to nothing, when they are busy with TS, some of us are still waiting for AC i also havent done my own AC. but I hope am totally wrong sha. Meanwhile try searching for other opportunities!!! my own opinion oooo, apologies if it offends anyone. It is well. 1 Like |

sadewodu: Dear one, searching for opportunities is a continuous thing even when you start earning your salary from Firstbank, you are not expected to rest on your oars but to keep on searching for better opportunities. However, current issues must be discussed. Perhaps knowledge ganared here will be useful elsewhere. |

Kentrasso: mayorchelsea: Perfect answer for her! This is someone who has never contributed productively to this thread and is now arrogantly saying how the thread is annoying, so other people are suppose to be the ones to make the thread fun, informative, and interesting for you right? so you just sit back and enjoy the free movie right? what nonsense!!! Kentrasso its better you hid in silence and continue to selfishly enjoy the efforts of others on this thread than to have the guts to be saying crap on how the thread is annoying. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Re: 2016 Firstbank Graduate Trainee Programme by Bamibor: 7:48pm On Oct 06, 2017 |
prettyboy5: I was taken aback when I saw that comment from her...and she probably had her reasons (personal I mean) for speaking that way. Probably trying to vent her frustration at the slow pace of events with the recruitment process...all the same her choice of words were not right in that they seemed targeted against other FB hopefuls who've been trying their best to keep the thread going for everyone. Let's all allow superior reasoning to prevail and forgive any perceived offense. The truth is this thread has kept many of us prospective FB GTs hopeful and upbeat. Let's all keep encouraging one another and sharing any useful information. Lovely weekend to us all, Cheers! 3 Likes 1 Share |

For those still awaiting AC, dont give up hope. Just keep your mind active and have a positive mentality. AC is actually fun. From one stage to the next. Just use your time to prep for it properly. You can also try applying other banks like Wema or Eco. As for my fellow TS hopefuls, 1st week oct is done. With each passing week, we get closer to TS. God will see us through. By the way, how many suits shuld sum1 take? 2 Likes |
Re: 2016 Firstbank Graduate Trainee Programme by Bamibor: 8:27pm On Oct 06, 2017 |
King0071: AC will still be held, no doubt...patience is key. As for TS hopefuls, my instinct tells me mails will drop by the end of the month for resumption first week in November. Suits? There is no restriction na. If you have ten suit pieces carry all of them come...if Na only one or two you get too no body go pursue you as long as you maintain the dress code. 1 Like |

Quick question guys, how strict is FBN with issues of age with GT. My friend is 1988 and he keeps arguing with me that he'll scale through documentation. P.S I am still awaiting AC and he's feeling like am being jealous of him that had already done his AC and awaiting documentation mail. Thanks |
Re: 2016 Firstbank Graduate Trainee Programme by King0071: 3:59pm On Oct 07, 2017 |
Smartleo07: I know they can be very strict when it comes to age. Since he has was inivited for documentation, i wuld like to bliv he has scaled through, except he is way older or he doesnt have complete/original documents or he has a health problem, otherwise i think he is home free. As for u, just get to the nearest phamarcy and get extra chill pill, very soon by Gods grace, u will be invited for AC. Just use this period to practice and prepare. All the very best. 2 Likes |

King0071: Thanks for the response, but he hasn't been invited for documentation yet. As for the chill , mine kinda expired long ago Cos I'd rather hold on to my "bird" in hand than putting my hopes up |

King0071:The friend has had his AC but awaiting documentation mail hopefully. |
Re: 2016 Firstbank Graduate Trainee Programme by mayorchelsea(m): 8:32pm On Oct 07, 2017 |
Smartleo07:Without wishing your friend any bad wishes,I'm afraid he might get 'bursted' at accreditation stage even before been allowed to do documentation. He would have to provide a valid means of ID stating his DOB or WAEC certificate which will definitely state his original DOB before they allow him proceed further for documentation. |

Smartleo07:Someone used NIMC slip but after being delayed. He was asked to step aside while others who had valid IDs were attended to.She(official) later called him forward and asked for his original WAEC certificate to confirm his date of birth before being allowed to enter to do his documentation. 1 Like |

Smartleo07: Smartleo07: Hello, From the stated age requirement for this particular recruitment, it reads: "Not more than 27 years old by December 2016" You stated that your friend was born in 1988, and if you calculate that, as at December 2016, your friend MUST have clocked 28 years, and I'm sorry to say that disqualifies him/her. I always had stated here how FBN holds WAEC sacrosanct as it is used as the sole document to verify real age. 4 Likes |
