@dupyshoo has shed more light on the matter "combining more than one NOC to get max points for 3years" with this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/mi/express-entry.asp I know we all have our opinion but would implore us to read this few lines from the link and share ideas to put this matter to bed ones and for all.

Please take note of the bolded in the article.

Foreign work experience

25 (1) For the purposes of sections 23 and 24, foreign work experience is work experience that

(a) is acquired by a foreign national outside Canada in one or more occupations listed in Skill Type 0 Management Occupations or Skill Level A or B of the National Occupational Classification matrix;
(b) consists of full-time work experience, or the full-time equivalent for part-time work experience, with one or more employers;
(c) is acquired within the 10-year period preceding the day on which points are assigned to the foreign national under section 23 or subsection 24(1); and
(d) is remunerated by the payment of wages or a commission.

Requirements

(2) In order to be assigned points under section 23 or 24 for their foreign work experience, a foreign national

(a) must specify in their expression of interest the four-digit code in the National Occupational Classification that corresponds to each of the occupations they have engaged in while accumulating their foreign work experience[/i]; and
(b) must have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification, as well as a substantial number of the main duties, including all essential duties, as set out in the National Occupational Classification.

Copies of the transcript will be sent via mail (most likely) and the school will respond via the same process. Let the school forward your transcript, then do a follow up to make sure the school responds to the verification request.

don worry.

"Just got my consultants email stating cic has asked to resubmit my last 6 months bank statement but I don't have that much funds in the account right now".

The above was posted today by someone in one of the WhatsApp groups. Some people have been posting about loopholes and how to beat CIC with proof of funds. CIC is unpredictable and if you fall into their hands, you will be banned for some years and then your IELTS and WES plus application fees can go into the wind. Be careful what you submit, wait till you are ready, some of us have been on it since 2015. And please stop posting your fraudulent ideas on this thread. It was started by people with Integrity.

Thanks. Am still waiting for PPR sha

Oga 40manlappy, permit me to disagree with you slightly on this issue. Request for rprf is a good sign but it does not automatically mean everything is fine. They sometimes request for rprf after R10 has been completed and A11.2 is yet to start. Application can still be rejected after request for rprf.

See this link for a rejection after rprf. I have read of few more which unfortunately can't locate the link anymore. http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/rejection-after-rprf-payment.439375/

40manlappy:

Dive into the pool already. IMO, this is not a serious issue. You can include it in your LOE if it's giving you sleepless nights.

You are right that the issue has been discussed severally on the thread. If it's any consolation to you, someone who had a similar issue has already gotten RPRF payment request. See the links below.

Hi , The way i see it, its impossible to be eligible if you do not even have the minimum required 1 year working experience. the bolded further strengthens the fact that the job function must be in the same NOC.

dannio:

Let me break it down like this
For the six selection factors which has the popular theme 67/100 you can say you have over 1,2,3,4,5....up to 10,11 and more experience this will aid in you meeting the 67/100 minimum score

For the CRS this is where you are asked if you have 3 or more years of experience in same NOC is stressed.

Note:this is from my experience others can shed more light

If you can, maybe you should send an updated POF via CSE. See this situation via this link for example. The OP got PPR 2 days after sending updated PPR. Not sure if they would have refused the app if he/she did not send it sha.

I received copy of my GCMS yesterday and on it the case analyst said in bold letters that according to the GTB exchange rate at the time of my application, I do not meet the minimum required funds for single applicant. Hence under Eligibility, it shows Review Required.
I fixed 3M which at that time was about 12,700cad using Oanda which I uploaded.
My question is did I miss something, or the funds I fixed should have been more than that?
Is it now advisable to use bank rate?

Thank you guys, This sounds like it, but then a tweet to IRCC for a direct response on combining NOCs reveals that it can only qualify for maximum points if its all in one NOC which is somewhat contradictory to what was posted above.

Maybe we should Carry out a poll, what do u guys think?

Click "like" if you combined NOCs to get maximum 3years points and click "share" if you used just one NOC to claim the 3 years maximum points.

Note: By "combined NOC" I mean for instance you worked in customer service(1yr) and later in IT (2yrs) and you were able to claim points for the full 3 years.

Hello people,

I was trying to pay for my WES evaluation today, when I mistakenly clicked on "Money Order", I actually thought I will get to see another page open with further instruction. Rather, what I got was a Reference number and confirmation of my application.

I intend paying with my Naira card, what do I do now, seeing that they will probably be expecting the money through that means.

Kindly help me respond urgently. I appreciate you all

Hi everyone. WES has refused to acknowledge my statement of result.
There was an error with OND certificate so I decided to return it to school for a reissue which will take a longer time, but I have my HND cert. I sent the OND statement of result along with my HND Cert only for WES to acknowledge the HND cert and ignored the OND statement of result. I have sent them several messages and even called their customer care line. I called again yesterday but the guy I spoke with said, the evaluator might be thinking, if I could get a cert for HND, I should be able to produce for OND. Now they won't proceed with evaluation until I produce the OND certificate. They have my transcripts already.
Fax statement of results for OND and HND to them. And see what happens afterwards. Basically, if you are the evaluator, you will think in the same way i. e statement /certificate. It contradictory though

Oga bawo? I remain loyal Ma'am cheesy

Thank you for injecting cautious optimism into the issue. My submission was based on the general understanding that completeness check (R10) may be considered done once RPRF request is initiated thereby giving some comfort on the acceptability of submitted documents even before A11.2

Of course, anything can come up until the RFV mail is received. Cheers smiley

You don't have to split your response into paragraphs, the text box wouldn't allow you, I guess there's a maximum number of characters allowed * not sure though*. If you need more explanation, just keep typing with appropriate punctuation or attach a fresh page to the form during submission.

Thanks for that section in bold, I'm actually disappointed with some individuals here who seem to turn a blind eyes when illegal activities are been disused here without reporting it.

What people called a loophole here its actually a trap and very soon this abuse of 'loophole' will lead to policy change. This could lead to German system of blocked account then we will know those who truly can afford this project

Well, you have to meet the eligibility criteria first which is the (67/100) one. Until you have fulfilled that criteria can you then submit an expression of interest. Use the come to canada tool to check you eligibility correctly

For adults, your birth certificate is not required. Your international passport will suffice.

However, I will suggest you do an affidavit for this and KEEP for future use.
