Hahahaha! IPOB which is a mere pressure group wants to compare itself with recognised regional governments of Catalonia and Kurdish Iraq? If you had said SouthEast region wants to conduct an illegal referendum like Catalonia, they would certainly have the respective state structures to do so. What institutional structures does a pressure group have to conduct affairs that belong to a government? Has IPOB already succeeded in replacing the constitutionally recognised democratic government of the SouthEast region? IPOB is still a whisper which is becoming an irritable noise for now, when they control the government of the SouthEast, then we can claim they are making a demand. Throwback: So you think you are smart, yet you have not a single World class hospital in your state by the way. In a serious continent, or country, a movement like IPOB would never had seen the light of day because Oduduwa, Biafra, and Arewa would have emerged naturally right from independence if there were not selfish leaders who hijacked the government. In a serious country, a President would have been impeached for leaving for 90+days without any notice as to why In a serious nation, a President would not have disobeyed court orders releasing a civilian/civilians, nor show absolute disdain for his citizens being killed and shot like animals somewhere in the zoo. In a serious nation, people would not be there supporting and voting for military thugs to come and be their President when they are wanting a democracy from the same military.. @Ipoblogic Was waiting for your comment Nigeria might be skeptical, but As long it would be free and fair. backed by UN, UK, US or EU Militarily and diplomatically they would come to terms with it.
