There are "specialist" Contractors who do Concrete Decking/German floor only.
All you do is provide all the materials for them. (Cement, Granite, Stone dust/Sand, Water).

They will bring their Machine and all Labourers required.
Saves you a lot of headache and from my experience, they are cost effective.

I luckily got his number from one of my old phones.
I used the man a few years back, in Lagos, very efficient (not sure if he travels outside lagos) - Kehinde 08103136914.
They are based in Mushin area of Lagos.
You can have a chat with him and see if he fits your needs.

It is not a scam, I was on phone with my brother in lagos, he confirmed to me that 3 of his neighbors who owns poultry and farms also got the 5million naira each, he also said that amongst other conditions, you must have the lagos state residence card and fulfill other requirements listed in that your post, and he said like joke, the 3 guys were called to come collect their cheques, so, it is not a scam but I hope they sustain it and that it actually gets to those who really needs it to setup SME's, and not for some people to use it for parties and marrying more wives

4.Batteries are key components to take into account for maximum output, for house hold use go for the deep cycle while for grid tie installation go for lithium battery and accessories
5.installation of solar panel involves some angle of elevation calculation to be in consonance with the setting of f the sun

These are just few I can say so far, so one needs to be knowledgeable so as not not be decieved into buying substandard solar systems as original ones.

@ourboss Its nearly impossible for a layman to identify names / types of wood. These sellers tend to mix the bad with good ones. You can go to the mill, find an elderly seller and beg him to help you with purchase. Most times, soft wood are usually light weight. Not all soft wood are bad wood though.
