Universe is one of many creations of God. It is a display of absolute perfection in His creation.

In it (Universe) are other creations of God like Sun, Moon, which are essential for life on earth.

From it He send rain to the earth, nourishing the soil and bringing out food for the sustainance of life.

It is also a test for mankind, perhaps he may reflect over the power and perfection of God in His creation and submit to His will.

Yes, test. God created mankind in order to him. In the creation of the universe and in it is maintenance without a single pillar there is indeed a test for those who have sound reasoning.

As for Los Angeles mass shooting, it is an act of evil. God is not associated with acts of evil even though they occur with His knowledge. The wisdom behind allowing it to happen despite having power to stop it is entirely known to Him only for all knowledge of the unseen belongs to Him.

The Atheist Society of Nigeria (ASN) is pleased to announce her first ever national convention slated to hold on the 11th of November, 2017 with the Theme: Road to Reason.

It promises to feature guest speakers from Nigeria, other countries in Africa and Europe, including Leo Igwe, an internationally recognised advocate for humanism in Nigeria and Bill Flavell, the new Vice-President of Atheist Alliance International (AAI).

It also promises to feature interactive sessions, talks on diverse topics related to atheism, science and religion in Nigeria. Also included in the program of events is a short video on evolution, a question and answer session immediately after and a space for “Ask an atheist.”
