Who God has blessed, no man can curse, not even the dance of the python. See why they want our kids to score 139 while those from Yobe score 2. http://thenationonlineng.net/merit-quota-and-unity-schools/ 4 Likes

For the ignorant ones who would say but federal Government Academy, Suleja in Niger state came first, check out the student make up of the prestigious MERIT ONLY institution first before commenting. Anambra students lead there. 2 Likes

Meritocracy will straighten this country up in a decade - but no, we keep dancing around the problem while it stares everyone straight in the face. Ask yourself why most of your professional colleagues / or any professional you know, when they leave Nigeria and go to any developed country in the world they are more often than not, successful. 6 Likes |

Out of 100 names more than 70 are Igbo. Keep in Mind this is Abuja, the national capital located in the north. Igbo too much. In Lagos the story is the same. 8 Likes 3 Shares |

This type of news is a big reason for Igbos to remain in Nigeria and slug it out with others. It is a matter of time and you'll get your deserved position back. The SE space is too small to contain what Igbos gat for Nigeria. I am German Igbo and I approve this message. 7 Likes 3 Shares |

Keneking: Imo has 5 out of first 25 too. Enugu had 3 out of first 25 In essence, 13 of first 25 are Igbo = more than 50% of the first 25 are igbo Pls let's make this an Igbo thing, not Anambra. 5 Likes 1 Share |

sunnyb0b0:Of course, you can keep being narrow and intra-sectional with this. But that is what you don't see Yorubas do. They hardly segregate within themselves. It's a shame you are taking this primitive route, cocooning yourself from other Igbos. 1 Like |

Out of 100 names, i counted 58 igbo name including igbos name from delta, rivers and FCT(igbo and yoruba name represented FCT). in summary igbos 58%, the rest of Nigeria including the sophisticated yorubas,Niger deltans, middlebetans, the core north of NE & NW= 42%)..how the mighty have fallen even with free education. We may need to start building almajiri schools with free food in the south west to help encourage people to go to school and fill up the gap since free education has failed. 3 Likes
