Ministers are not given the privilege of compulsory leave. It's usually sacking or dropping or the person resigns if he feels he isn't needed

if i was the president i would firstly investigate and prosecute Baru if found guilty. i would secondly sack Kachukwu. he has got to take full responsibility for the leaked memo. i would never have a minister who will not report a problem to me privately but have it leaked to the public. especially if i had no prior knowledge of the problem. my own minister? no no. i won't take that.
