Hello all,
Please help me identify this device in the picture attached. I found the wire cut and dangling in '95 Honda Accord. I feel its related to the exhaust system

I really appreciate the help you gurus give on this forum. All the signs of faulty oxygen sensor I experience- cel is on, fuel consumption is crazy, and idling is erratic. The wire of the sensor is cut. What do I do to this problem?

for a 95 accord, look in elswhere That sensor might have been like that for a very long time.

Ok Boss. I have cleaned maf, a bit dusty and old, hopefully I ll change it. learning and watching vids on how to clean throttle body for the model. I haven't been able to identify the iacv yet to check its efficiency.
For the O2 sensor, can't it be reverted to normal?

yes IAC (intake Air control solenoid ) is responsible for controlling the amount of air intake during idle to maintain the engine performance at optimum level regardless of load .
