I dont beleive in that islam vs christanity bullshit. its a contraption of the Nigerian elite to keep the gullible masses divided and blind to the failiures and incompetence of the said leaders. How comes both christains and muslim leaders in Abuja steal and share our collective wealth without ever thinking of their religious differnces. Ballmer: A Yorubaman straight to the rescue of the north..How typical and expected. The earlier you lots starts planning how you can form a country with the northerners, the better for you..Keep talking about 'Igbo hatred' like we are joined at the hips with you and your kith and kins. 2 Likes |

DAVEZONIGLTD:You should do the same btw the line in this context the reason for the Union VALIDATED by Zik denying southern protectorate independence just to be in union with the North. You all can twist any how you want to favour but the fact of history can not be twisted. Until Igbo start blaming Azikwe for making such a blind uncalculating naive and outright senseless decision no one else should. 5 Likes |

Ballmer: Keep fooling yourselves you hear...We have nothing in common and sharing a country is not doing anyone any good...Nigeria is 57 already yet its worse off from when independence was attained..How Long will this charade go on??.. Yorubas are free to hang on to northerners for dear lives but leave others who are not interested out of it. |

The exclusion should clearly make sense because when the British came they met already well established civilisations in the north and western Nigeria consisting of empires with effective leadership structures and governance system. This was why particularly in the north they saw no reason to tamper with what they met and therefore opted for the indirect rule to govern that part of the country; while the same could not be said for the East. Igbos did not have the equivalent of huge empires but lived in relatively much smaller scattered clusters of settlements, such as villages and hamlets (often a war with one another and producing slaves for the Americas, West Indies, etc.). In short, the British were not discriminatory against the Igbos; but excluded them when it came to signing a pact like the amalgamation agreement, simply because the Igbos lacked a unified collective leadership to represent them. This heritage may also explain for the individualistic rebellious anti-establishment and hateful quarrelsome trait we see in present day Igbos; which also manifests in their relatively poor leadership and follower-ship skills that precludes them from embracing unity and according due respect to their elders (even at family level) as can be seen in other tribal nations of the West and Northern Nigeria. Finally, the OP was being disengenuous and short sighted when he foolishly assumed that the said document was signed voluntarily; completely forgetting that the fact that those signatures belonged to a ppl already subjugated by conquest of war and therefore at the beck and call of the British. 3 Likes |

Ngokafor: I completely agree with you we have nothing in common the more reason I suggested Igbo should vacate the planet Earth for other humans willing to coexist among themselves. Regarding leaving you out of what you want out of maybe you should call Nnamdu Azikwe who pleaded and begged for three good years to force the Northerners into what they never wanted but bigoted dimwits like you will not have the brain power to go as far back that memory lane or will simply jump over it and talk amalgamation.. Lol. 5 Likes |

Presenter-- SLS-- Kano-misterawo Post-- Sudanese Jibril-Chijioke Ngobili. These Felas signed the 1914 Document:- Alamieyeseigha, Tompolo, Uwazirike, Uche, Uchendum, Earnest Obi, Pete Udochi and Olu Jacob. Question: Could this be why $26bn is missen and the Fulanis are trying a coverup? When the 36 States become fully autonomous, we shall INVESTIGATE all Federal Organizations including CBN, JAIZ Islamic Bank(that Bank is stinking with Nigerian money), NNPC etc from GEJ to PMB for equitable sharing.. Even the $593m Arms purchased from Trump will be probed. |

So the mighty NigerDelta had no representative. I kinda understand why the Beni and ijaw were left out. The oba of Benin then was a force against the British army until his capture and death in Calabar. King Jaja of Okpobo was also a pain in their ass. Nigeria, indeed, needs a review. Tired of being ruled by cattle rearers. |
