He could have been killed because he frustrated a students with Third class degree or poor result. He could have been killed because he is going out with the girlfriend of a cult member. He could have been killed because he is a hardliner within the student community. He could have been killed because there are countless number of fellow lecturer that are eyeing his position within the lecturing community. Whatever the reasons, I consider the killing senseless, wicked, evil and barbaric. No matter how long we may live on earth, we all will one day return back to our maker. No man is a stone, those who kill others will also die one day! My thought and prayers goes to his family, loved ones and friends that he left behind. The Nigerian state has lost one of its academic material. May his soul rest in peace! PS: May I use this medium to call on kidnapper of Osayomore Joseph to release him forthwith and unconditionally! Osayomore represent the voice of the common people.
