I disagree with only phd students getting scholarships, bsc and msc too get scholarships but you have to research wella to get them and meet the criteria.

Yes you can but your relationship with the person must be super solid with enough document duly signed and sealed by lawyer. Make sure u provide lots of documents to back the relationship up to avoid embassy asking u for different documents from time to time. But why don't u do it like dis, if this ur relative has the resources to sponsor u, advice him to fund ur Dad or ur mum's account for 3months to avoid the surname whahala, then u can use the statement to apply for visa.

My brother, this one is not document issue ooh, I didn't want to comment but I have to, please I beg you in the name of God, listen to the advise they are giving you dnt complicate your profile with Australia embassy. Its a straight denial.

From A guy testimony he used SOA of #3m with inflows of over 200m so it depends what they need is can you afford and fund your studies

Am not saying u can't, but u must provide strong ties with him, my friend who applied to unsw used his sister's husband soa, tho he has deferred his admission to Feb, 2018, he had to provide all the necessary ties along with d application. Good luck.

While filling the questionnaire for your Student Visa, on your right you'll see list of options on things you can read on.
