Mujtahida: My problem with Ighalo yesterday is why I will always choose Nacho over him in respect of selecting a striker. He is not fast enough and definitely not a clinical finisher. Although our set up yesterday suited Ighalo but his finishing was a problem to the team. 1 Like |

Mujtahida:you're 100% spot on! That is the reason I like the boy Iwobi. He keeps it SIMPLE. Look at how he made those passes look too easy. How I wish Ndidi and Onazi could have half of Iwobi's passing skill. |

Oh and I forgot to add, in one of our build up Ndidi was begging for the ball to be laid to him, but it was played to Simon. We still have those kind of chances to capitalize. We don forget say Ndidi sabi long range shot. Still no dead ball specialist, talking direct freekicks. That's why I will always welcome the idea of new players, maybe they have what some of our players have and also have other strengths to add. Is Aluko good at freekicks? Mujtahida: |

Late drama in Cairo. Egypt now leading 2-1 from injury time penalty. A draw would have kept Uganda in with a shout and also given Ghana a strong reason to pursue their wrongful officiating claim |

It will be a great thing to have that kind of forward that is an allrounder. Onyekuru have been converting with his head lately. Let's not downplay the lad because of his size. ![]() Mujtahida: |

Thank you! Remember that I kept warning everyone here, after the Cameroun game, to stop all those premature ejaculation over Jude Ighalo. The problem with fans is that we tend to get carried away with the latest accomplishments. Against a team like Cameroun, I don't have any problems starting Ighalo ahead of Kelechi because of their style of play. But against a skillful side like the Zambians, I will take players like Kelechi, Etebo, and Iwobi over the likes of Ighalo, Agu, and Simon. Let's hope that Rohr is learning a few things about his players. O pari TheGoodJoe: 1 Like |

soetanoreoluwa:You know there's a large contingent of Nigerians in the UK. Heard Peckham has been colonised and turned into mini Lagos. So all of this makes the Nigerian influence stronger in the UK than in Germany. See as Iwobi and Aina dey dig am yesterday. They got the rhythm jare. Omo I wanted to ask ooo that is that not Kanu cos I saw the plaited hair. I like the way our ex internationals rallied round. Siasia was in the stadium. One people. I am still basking in the glow and the joy of our qualifying for the Mundial. Thank you God for this Iwobi. 1 Like |

forgiveness: The more reason why Lagos shouldn't be considered. I reckon the fans would have started booing yesterday while the score was still goalless. Nothing good can come out of that attitude as it puts the players under more intense pressure. Not a good environment for optimum performance. For someone who loves everything foreign, you should know that this is not how the motivate their teams 2 Likes |
