Political Correctness Needed To Interpret This Picture. by Apipia: 11:52am On Oct 09, 2017
The Abia state governor Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, duly informed both his officials and that of Umuahia South LGA of his visit to a flood devastated area in Ubakala, While the governor stepped out for the tour in rain boot to protect his feet hidden sharp objects and worms etc, others choose to endanger themselves. Could it be they are educated illiterates politically and heath wise? Or did the governor ordered them not to appear as equals to him, by their stepping into such muddy water and trenches with him?
This picture is not photo shopped, it is copied from official website of abia state, www.abiastate.gov.ng, click projects, click other projects

They have enough money to take care of themselves should they get infected from it. So no biggie.
Politicians and most "Big Men and Women" in our societies are just the average people with privileges. They are no wiser.

Cant you see the man in red cap holding his shoes in his hand?

The ones with Gucci and Louis Vuitton probably left theirs in the car.

The ones buying "nigerian to grow the naira" have their shoes right in the water.
