What are the punishment and consequences for turning down GOD'S call? .. If God speaks to someone in vision, dream and many ways that God wants to use the person to proclaim his name and his righteousness and maybe the person ignores the voice of the Lord.... What is likely to happen to the person and what is the person likely to face?

There's a chorus of a choir song i used to hear those days:
"You can't run from God." 2x.

If God has called you into ministry and you refuse to obey His call, you may end up like Jonah in the belly of a big fish.
God will personally frustrate you until you obey his call. I have been there before....
