Joebie:i think it wasn't he was offside but the opponent's player was the person who gifted him the ball with the head |

kingphilip: This offside rule needs some more explaining ooo . the Zambians are refusing to accept that their goal was ruled offside.. Even if they appeal,i doubt FIFA will order a replay. the player might not have been offside but the referee had blow the whistle before he went ahead and scored 3 Likes |

Danielnino00: Mulenga was offside because his upper body was ahead of Ekong when he received the pass from his team mate. If any part of the body that can be legally used to score a goal is ahead of the 2nd to last player of the opposing team, then that player (in the attacking position) is offside. 6 Likes |

bros don't waste your time forgiveness will never let facts get in the way of winning an argument. i also remembered that particular game in 2000 wasn't sure if it was congo or malawi. the fans were using plastic bottles as missiles against our players. at a point gbenga okunowo had to be begging them to stop when he wanted to play a corner tglobal: 2 Likes |

the egyptians have suffered 27 plus years of hurt that was just the release of many years of pained emotions. i think losing out to algeria in 2010 particularly hurt them to the marrow. like the great alex ferguson said after manchester united miraculously won the 1999 champions league ''BLOODY HELL FOOTBALL!'' do4luv14: It is not about overhitting but attacking the space. The space was open and Ighalo did not attack it. When the cross came he was too late to get there. Look at Iheanacho's last goal against Cameroon. He attacked there and when the cross came, he was in the perfect position to score. Ighalo should have attacked the space before the cross came. Nacho would have. That was why after the miss, the camera captured Nacho with his back to the field shaking his head. He knew Ighalo missed that opportunity. Gerrit? 6 Likes |

Joebie: What do u mean? Igbo man no dey take money play O! Na im hard earned money. He must to get value for the money na? Haba! U neva go Alaba international market? Or Onitsha? Every penny na money... Igbo kwenu! Una too much. That was on a lighter note. On a serious note, the dude was plain stupid! You are soooo right. What was he thinking? M sure whether he plays weekly or not, money dey roll in. He earns no less than 15000 pounds per week after tax. What was his problem? In a country where women have rights, he was making a scene. When will our players learn? What ended Goddy Opara's career? Was it not alleged rape? Mike Tyson nko? He deserves all the scoldin he got on this thread. At least if you dont knw where u are goin, remember where you are coming from. The old sayin where I come from says " always remember whose son/daughter you are." Which is beta? A life of poverty or a life of Prosperity. He hasnt even amassed enough wealth yet, he is frittering 2000 pounds on Sawa sawa sawale. 2000 pounds that will feed a whole vilage for a month. safarigirl: Safarigirl, I do take exception to the word 'steal.' You may prefer "invite preferentially." However, I have been constrained in reaching you because you are female and I know male-female DMs on this website has been hugely abused. If you would respond however, I would love to have you join us. Indeed, our entire Nigerian society probably needs more enlightened and participating females. |

TheGoodJoe: nope i still don't, you are talking about different scenario, think again, against Cameroun, we are already home and dry, even that goal, can be score by anybody not jst nacho alone, look at it again nacho was already dia before the cross was made, i tell you nacho would had been worst against those Zambians, with the way the game went, so he shaking his head dis meant nothings 1 Like 1 Share |

austenite: I get am before no be property. Kayode performed but he was not called until public outcry forced the coaching crew to include him in the National team. Now, he is no longer called. Ask why? They will tell you because he's not doing well. Double standard is the measure used for selection in the National team. That's is why I said they must prove themselves before getting invitation. Let us maintain the status quo the coaching crew are claiming to use for invitation remains. Nobody needs to harbour fear. |

elyte89: If peradventure Olayinka goes to one English club in January and bangs in 16 goals, or if Dessers goes to France or Spain in January and continues banging in goals (20), or if Kayode bangs in 15 goals in the LA Liga and goes to Manchester city in January to continue with another 15 goals, or if Osimhen suddenly becomes the Bundusliga highest goal scorer at the end of the season, or if Awoniyi is called back to Liverpool and he scores 19 goals with 10 assists, while the regulars are struggling for games and are less with 6 goals for the whole season(God forbids), who do you think deserves to go to the world Cup? Less I forget Dennis Bonaventure, if he moves to Arsenal in January and continue with his performance with 20 goals and 15 assists, wetin we go do with am? |
