I'm typing this from scan center!


Went for scan this morning, was told to come back for a repeat by 4pm. So I went back for the repeat scan only to be told that there's fetal node without cardiac activity!

I'm 12wks today but scan says 9wks....Was told it could be a missed abortion, that if that is the case I will have to flush it and start all over again since baby is not progressing! But I should come back in two weeks time to repeat a scan and see how it goes before final conclusion!

I got pregnant while on contraceptive injection. The same injection my aunt took and could not conceive for like 7years. I think it all depends on individual body. My doctor is suggesting copper T,not sure I got d spelling right but I'm scared of anything impant. Just talk with ur doctor. They will get d right contraceptive for you.

Hubby was sprawled diagonally across the bed, passed out. I woke him to lie down well so that I can lie down, and as soon as he got up, he picked up one folded wrapper that was lying on the bed, threw it up twice and caught it, then hugged it that's what he does with the baby so I believe he thought he was holding her . I laughed until I almost cried then I collected the wrapper baby and told him to go back to sleep that the baby is asleep lol. This child would not drive somebody crazy.

Hello ma, just take it easy on yourself and be less bothered about what people say cause they must surely talk. some women can be really fertile,my mom for example, she had 6 of us in 8years with some abortions in between. Daddy told us that it got to a point he was always scared of going near her because one sleep like this,Na belle. i think she tried a couple of family planning that failed until she eventually found one that suit her. Please after this pregnancy,try working with a consultant to get the best plan for u. u know economy isnt smiling nowadays and u cant afford to be popping babies every now and then. Don't forget to be grateful for your life because u need to see what ladies go through to get these children that you get at will.

About the rhesus, its not compulsory you use your company's hospital since u said they ain't taking you seriously. Please get a good lab and get the test done. im also rhesus negative,and after doing the test in my clinic,i still went to a private lab for confirmation cause it can be deadly for the baby if one tests positive and isn't given extra care. The essence of the test if to know if ur blood contains some antigens that can fight against your baby. and if it does,extra care will be given to your baby to avoid still birth but it doesn't in any way harm the mother. Happy bumping

Hmm you are one strong woman .. Give those complaining a straight face..afterall you aren't begging them for assistance..if the family planning failed i believe it was God's will and plan for you..work closely with your doc on a good procedure which will work for you..and please do get a help o..its never easy..with just one that i have who is 22months its not funny..i had to get a help as the stress was too much for hubby..so please actively look for a help o..you will be fine

Booqee,I thank God for ur DH’s life,all dat was lost shall be multiplied in million folds.
Kendrallmai, ma let pple talk,provided dey r not paying ur bills.Only a TTC mum knows how d thng be (May God grant dere heart desires)
Meanwhile,talk to ur doctor copper “T” or Norplant should b fine.
A frnd of mine was in d same shoe as urs but Norplant worked for her.

Congrats on your BFP... i no go lie, i laugh you small sha , anyway, what family planning mthd did you use? Is it the IUD or implanon? I would suggest the IUD, plus learn to track your ovulation, you can also use condoms, e no bad to mix!! Because physically and emotionally, this back to back is draining i can only imagine. Then pls i think the hospital should be more proactive with regards to the tests you have mentioned just incase you need shots, since you are already far along, maybe you shoukd rack for them small. Congrats again.
