Sorry ... na 28 weeks third trimester dey start. for heartburn, limit fry fry things, eat in bits and dont eat much before going to bed. dont go to bed immediately after dinner.Also take yogurt , it helps to relieve it...Pele. ( all these shall come to pass)

I finally went to register somewhere o, e come be like say I don enter one chance with them. Hospital with very slow people. Spent almost the whole day there yet I couldn't do the scan I had already paid for. I suspect their machine was bad or something, because they kept going up and down till I got tired and left.
I will just wait to get to 12weeks so I can use the teaching hospital here.
See me that was runing from civil service bottlenecks in teaching hospital.

The doc I saw said it's nothing. That it will clear. Amen to that.

Ms can not be predicted anymore, it comes and goes as it chooses.

Some Dr and busy body sef... Mtcheew.. My Dr reminded me to have sex so my cervix can be easily dilated because of what is contained in the sperm. This is the same Dr I told that my baby's daddy is not around... He called me this morning and said I should take castor oil and call my baby's daddy to come and be with me even if it's just for 2days. Ayam both angry and tired right now.

You need someone to be with you if you are taking castor oil because it can cause cramp and purging. It didnt have any effect on me though.
