Supposedly, can't say, he's from a non catchment state, all he needs to get admitted is to have the highest aggregate among candidates from his state.

He could get 180 and get admitted, yet he could get 262 and not, just because someone else got 263

Non catchment admission is quite complicated, easy to get, yet easy to lose

Who knows about ABU special admissions here and how many they admits per department( special admissn is for hnd holders that wish to have degree and if successful will be admittd to 300lvl), i applied Civil engineering
