Hello guys and tecno customer care agents in the house, it is with sadness in my heart I write this post and I need advice on what to do.

I bought this phone L9 plus, 16 days ago, from a tecno retail shop in Benin, It is only recently I decided to buy a tecno because I've always used an infinix and I really disliked their phone these days, that's why I opted for a tecno but now I am even more disappointed with tecno.

Just yesterday my phone screen started to operate itself, once I'm typing the phone starts malfunctioning, opening apps, sending pictures on whatsapp etc, I am typing this with difficulty now because I have to lock and unlock each time the screen starts to operate itself.

This phone is just 16 days old, please what do you advise me to do? I know people have gotten help from nairaland before, please i need your advise. This phone has never dropped from my hand because I'm always careful while handling my phone, I carry it like an egg, I'm so disappointed in tecno.

Jejely take your phone to the nearest Carlcare centre with the receipt and the phone pack. It will be fixed without fees or charges or terms or conditions (as far as the tecno seal is still on its placed screw and your phone hasn't suffered any mechanical damage). It's as simple and straightforward as it can get.

Just take the phone to the nearest Carlcare centre. They should be able to assist you better there.

Very good. The customer care was very cooperative and they fixed my screen without taking a dime from me, I'm typing this peacefully with the phone. Thank you.

Yes I was very surprised too because I've had not too pleasant experience with carlcare before now.

The camera is great but not as great as the Camon CX, but the battery is really really nice, including the fast charge technology it comes with. I only have to charge the phone once a day.

Kudos to them for that, we complained on the poor customer service and they worked on it
