eduevolutionnow: The Nigeria army is escalating the problem in the south east Nigeria. It is not their duty to provide such services in the first place. It's not even their duty to escort civilian staff carrying out such exercise. If there is need for such, the ministry of health should've assessed the situation and informed the schools and parents of their intention of conduct the said immunisation and parents should've been adequately informed what their children are being immunised against. If there is need for security of staff, police should do that. There isn't a lot of trust on the Nigeria army at the moment. Few years ago, Pharmaceutical giant Pfizer conducted a dodgy exercise in some northern states like Kano, parents were misinformed that their kids were being vaccinated against some deadly diseases. It turned out the company were merely using the children as guinea pigs to test new drugs...the result...lots of the children reacted badly to it, lots died. Subsequent effort to immunise children in the north were met with distrust and lots of scepticism. People should be well informed. It's not just about about dates of the exercise but also what the vaccines are for. Create posters, use the radio, tv, internet and spread the news. You don't come inside the gates of schools and demand to immunise children. 9 Likes 3 Shares |

adem30: Ask them to take the vaccinations to your region. The south east have never experienced any epidemic, from Ebola to polio. We don't need their vaccines. We know how to conduct our vaccinations. And stop poking your dirty nose in matters concerning the great East. There are lots of topics here on NL. 1 Like |

Talkwell: Nigeria is collapsing, but you cant see it because of ur low IQ. You were expecting IPOB to use weapons to fight... like primitives. It is a war to win the heart and mind of the masses. A fight to win their trust. Buhari cant even retain his own Zombies because he does not even know their value... He is busy losing trust daily... acting like a common thief...and he does not care. The whole Southeast and South South trust IPOB as the legitimate group with their interest while sees Nigeria, Nigerian Army and Buhari and Co. as Genocidal terrorist. Buhari need to learn how to win the heart and mind of people... |

OjukwuWarBird:As much as I can remember in time past, there wasn't anything like soldiers escorting medical personnels during any immunization process. But, have you thought why soldiers where used? It could be for fear of being attacked by ipob; which has now been termed a terrorist organization. Imagine in the process that these medical personnels were partly northerners and Igbo's as well, and were sent to carry out the exercise, but in the process they were attacked by Ipob, based on the fact that they are trying to poison the kids. The east is a tight zone currently, and everyone is cautious -- even the government. A lot of people asked why they used the military, and I think I've been able to give my reasons. 1 Like |

kcy: Call it whatever you like. Self determination isn't a crime, enough of the forced union. My bro do you know that if Igbos truly believe in One Nigeria, they'll vote against Biafra and remain in Nigeria? Do you know that if things are well, nobody would have believed in Nnamdi Kanu? So anyone speaking the truth is now an idiot? I still don't get the base of your argument. 1 Like |

Kazim88:Please never put Igbos and IPOB terrorists in the same sentence, not good. Rejecting free treatment by the military gives Buhari no headache, you can continue giving people in the SE high blood pressure because of your hate for Buhari and disrupting their lifestyle |

Ijaya123: You zombies keep shouting 'gullible gullible' like redundant apes. Kanu has a lot of followers because most of what he said are renlities you've not been able to dispel. You couldn't dispute any of his hard facts and in frustration resorted to killing his people in his region with bullets. Shameless moronic zombies! 1 Like |
