[s]No matter how authentic the list may or may not be.... The fact remains that the South easterners play a very big role in the development of Lagos. Those listed above build those estates and how many Yoruba people live in them?? Most are habited by igbos(fact).
Lagos development is not just the real estate. There can't be any thriving real estate sector without a good amount of thriving Enterprises and business outfits that would lead to mass employment and a subsequent search for accommodation. This all important function of 'mass Enterprise" is the reason why all sectors of Lagos are developing. The Igbos remain the highest investors in lagos. Whether some people like it or not.[/s]

My aunt is married to an SA man, so yeah I hear the analysis of Nigerian tribes everyday.

Stop lying South Africans know Igbos are the worst species inhabiting the whole of Nigeria, hahaha they even know you people better than some tribes living with us in Nigeria here. .lol, besides why should a South African should be concerned about any Nigerian's light skin? All of South Africa's tribes are naturally lighter than Igbos. Fact.

[s]I know the OP probably had Igbos in mind but these are the biggest players and they don't own up to 1/50th of Lagos properties. Igbos have always been micro-property owners in hundreds of thousands. If we indeed decide to do a true census count of houses and who built them, I will not be surprised if Igbos built up to 60%. That should be appreciated and not made a subject of supremacy.[/s]

It is one thing to develop and another to buy. Most properties in Ikoyi, Lekki are owned by the Ibos. Yoruba's only delude themselves to think that they own Lagos. It is a no man's land. The developers develop for the Ibo cash crow to buy.

Dirty charcoal faced boy,
Since u assumed I am Igbo because anybody dat goes contrary to afonja is igbo, Take statistics from today, Take a sample of 500 Igbos and Yorubas then compare their standard of living then you will know which of the two tribes has a higher poverty rate, u will b surprised.

Yinmu. You and I know that your imaginary 'south-african colleague' never said anything of such, coz SouthAfricans are well aware that you lots run the drug-trade in their country and indeed the whole of Africa (#Fact). But peep this, An Asian interrogator is on record for calling out Igbos as the curse of not only Nigeria but Africa. And dude, I promise you that I didn't make that up (like you did in your post without proof) coz I have iron-clad proof right here. Scoot over the timeline of the footage below to 5:09 and weep for your people. undecided lipsrsealed
