mavinc4u: Interesting, do you know in the case of Italian study visa specifically, he has to appeal in/to Rome and in so doing he will need an Italian Lawyer?. Do you know if he is lucky enough to get a trustworthy Lawyer (there are many who will collect his money and do nada) who speaks English, he will still have to pay atleast 1,000 euro for his service and even at that, a case file can spend as much as 6months in the Italian administrative court (unless he has enough money to hasten things up) and that doesn't guarantee him getting the visa still?. Given that all I have stated are not only first hand information but I still hold a valid Italian working residency issued to me after study, do you now understand why I stated and still believe you have no clue of this process you are advising him on 1 Like |

superior1: That it did not work for you does not mean it will not work for him. Let him read the Italian visa appeal procedure and follow it, hope you are not seeing visa as resident permit? 2 Likes |

Hello everyone. Please a piece of advice on my Canada visa application. I applied first in 2014 and d application was rejected. The reason indicated then was ”purpose of visit”. I was then advised to reapply when I have a change of status. I later applied in 2015 after gaining admission to study at a community college, precisely July 1 for a program which should start in September. I got a feedback through the online system that my application was rejected. I was 29 years old then, but I had to use two sponsors with two different company account and about 750k in my savings account. Ever since, I've been in doubt because I applied through a dubious agent advertising work study in one college. kindly advise me on what to do because am planning to apply soon. What I want to do is to reapply to the school which gave me admission in 2015. And this time I'm married. My spouse works in a tert hospital. I want to avoid staining my spouse's image should something be wrong with mine already. Thanks. |

Obi192:The solution is not "sending another bank statement that has sufficient amount of money", the issue is whether the bank statement meets the requirements which include your relationship with the sponsor and why he or she is sponsoring you. Also, it would be hard for a visa officer to consider your child as a tie to return to Nigeria for. |

Hello Vicjustice, I have completed an only university program in USA and I am about to apply for a USA visa to attend my graduation. I would like to go with my dad. I have traveled many times to the UK and currently have a valid 2years schengen visa which wouldn't have expired when I apply for the visa. I earn 500k plus. My dad has also traveled to UK and Itali before but was denied USA visa in 2002. I would sponsor myself and he will also sponsor himself. Kindly let us know if we stand a high chance of being granted the visa. We have no business to remain in the USA because we have very good jobs and also have many properties like land, cars, house. Thank you |

Re: Main Reasons Many Are Refused Visas by mavinc4u(f): 4:10pm On Sep 28, 2017 |
def111: Like type in an Ms word then print and sign then scan or take a picture of the letter, convert it to pdf and attached in your email and send to them. Attach the documents you used early, if you have new ones then add to it and explain in details why your appeal should considered. |

Good Morning VicJustice, My big brother is married with a child and his wife is expecting a second child. He resides in the church compound and he is a priest in an Anglican church. The church secured a conference for him and the venerable to attend in the U.S. He went for his visa interview on September 27th, 2017 for that conference that the church is sponsoring him and the venerable to attend in the US, he was denied visa because the interviewer thinks that he wouldn't come back after the conference. He had all the necessary documentation that is required for the interview, including hotel reservation, travel date, and returned date. My question is how could the interviewer determine that he would not come back when it is the church that is sending him to the conference so that he will go there and participate, learn some stuff that he will come back to the church and train the other young priests. He and the venerable has a different interview date. The conference was secured for both of them for the second week in November 2017. The venerable has his interview coming up on the 5th of October what are the chances that he will be granted a visa? Also the venerable went for a visa interview last year that the church sponsored too and he was denied visa too, I don't know the reason why they didn't grant him visa then, now he is going again for conference visa for the second time. What can my big brother do to obtain a visa for that conference being that the conference was already paid for? Please, any help will be gladly appreciated. Praise God the venerable Visa was granted today. |

Onyiify: One US embassy don't check documents and no one can tell you his chance in getting the visa here.... The words they use. You may reapply , what those that mean to you ?. If you like or not... Does he have traveling history ?. If your brother make mistakes in his first interview, he should slick to his mistake and remember whatever he say in his first interview cos they already have his history on the interview.. He is free to try is luck again... No need is booking hotel... The key area are. Why are you going to the USA... He should be able to give good expectation and Where are you going in the USA.. |
Re: Main Reasons Many Are Refused Visas by Vicjustice: 4:08pm On Oct 02, 2017 |
NanaOne1:From what you wrote about the calibre of your personality and your activities, neither you nor your Dad should have any difficulty in getting a US visa if the applications are done well. |
Re: Main Reasons Many Are Refused Visas by Vicjustice: 4:21pm On Oct 02, 2017 |
Onyiify:Remember that your brother is not in a conventional employment, so, it is likely that the visa officer does not consider the Church as a bona-fide employment setting, therefore, the officer might not want to rely on the mercy of your brother's moral discretion to abide by the visa condition. Perhaps you brother needs more of the church backings and even a guarantor. |

Hello Mr Vicjustice, Please I am in a dilemma : I have questions based on my profile. I have been denied US visa, twice in 2009 and once in 2012. First denial was on educational purposes while second was on visiting. I have also be denied UK visa in 2008 based on the submission of falsified WAEC document which i wasn't aware of. I applied again in 2010 and was also denied based on the first denier. The second denier stated,a 10 years ban have been applied since my first denier. I have then studied in Cyprus for my Bsc and graduated with a 1st class in 2013. I have also been to Germany for a conference in 2012. MY QUESTION: I am planning to go for my Msc in Australia for Febuary 2018. Hope the UK and US denier wont affect my VISA application? Please I need an urgent response 1 Like |

Re: Main Reasons Many Are Refused Visas by Vicjustice: 4:46pm On Oct 03, 2017 |
samakinbo:The Australian immigration does not share common database with with any of these countries that you mentioned, so it's highly unlikely that they would find out about your UK incident. However, you would be required to answer questions like "have you ever applied for a visa for any country, was the visa issued?" "Have you ever been refused a visa for any country?" So, what would you answer to these questions? Bear in mind that the fact that they do not share a common database does not mean that they do not share intelligence. 3 Likes |
