So in case of refusal and when reapplying on application “IMM5257E form” (2b) Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country (2c) Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada. Please questions (2b) and (2c) are they the same… Please people with similar past experience should help out. Very tricky. Please house. |

BYACHEM: I do not have the experience but the language is pretty clear. If you have been refused a TRV before, then obviously you have applied to enter Canada before. So for both questions, the answer should be Yes. 1 Like |

Hello all. I had previously posted my ordeal under this link-https://www.nairaland.com/2103860/canada-visit-tourist-visa-discussion/161#60732796 I thank God almighty for knowledge, wisdom in handling this case.To Him be all the glory. I remembered receiving unsolicited and unwarranted response from @kirikiri100 after my post. Despite the rantings by @Kirikiri100 whose behaviour clearly depicts his name, i was undetered. I thank @Devaughn and @tripplebabygirl who made positive contributions. Am here to encourage people particularly, someone who had posted a case similar to mine sometime ago on this thread. After my post here, i had put up a letter and sent it to the embassy in lagos, Accra and Abuja. I was informed that my application was handled in Lagos. After about a week, i got a call from the embassy stating that they have reviewed my letter, application and couldnt understand why visas were not affixed on my passport and that of my son. I was asked to bring my passport to the embassy. This i have done and 2yrs visas were issued to Us.Thanks for all the encouragement guys. People need to study the rules, procedures and guidelines on the cic website as i used that too in supporting my letter. In all, it was God. 13 Likes |

People that submitted fewer documents than you still got it. Stop making this people feel you coming there to see Jesus execept you want to disappear over there. |

demmysoft: I know some people will come for my head for what am about to write right now, but i couldn't care less. Bros, I believe you are a graduate. Don't know why most of us love to be spoon fed. Are you telling me that all through secondary school till now, you did not write a single essay? If you didn't, then i suggest you use google for what you are looking for. As simple as that. 3 Likes |

overlord77: @overlord77 What give you assurance that l am a graduate, l asked a question "guide/sample". If you can't answer my question why can't you ignore it. There is no crime in asking a question says the adage. I believed this type of letter need some arrangement and exactly some cogent point the embassy needed. All what l need is the format. Thank you. |

demmysoft: brosss letter writin no hard na, you state your intents dat all and put all the relevant details shikena. Ensure it is properly addressed and followthe principles of letter writing. you can draft something and PM someone to help you proof read. Nobody go help you write letter here o as they don't know you and your intention as much as you do. A lawyer will charge you as much as N40k to N100k just to write letter. so do it yasef All the best. |
