Dear Sir/Madam,

Sheffield does not really send a decision email. TLS mostly does. To know if Sheffield has made a decision on your application, you would have to use your GWF no and track it on their website. Tracking shows decision made before TLS sends out the decision email. So expect no decision mail from Sheffield anymore. Once TLS sends you collection email, which is usually within/after 24 hours of decision mail, go with your credentials.. Finish.

I don't know if I have the correct tracking link though because when I use the one I have, it responds with it " your reference number is not recognized". I called UKVI today and they said a decision has been taken since Monday. please oblige me with the link you use. Thanks

Oh thanks I was worried I was thinking Sheffield and tls are supposed to send me decision email I never knew they have changed to allow only tls send decision notifications

I have a 5years business visa that will run till 2021. Thanks to Nairaland.

Anyways, We are expanding the game. We are going to be the support end of the British export trading company here in lagos, and already rented a 280sqm facility. But need to start meeting.

I am not really a fan of moving up and down. But my brother is like my right hand man. In fact, I paid 110k extra just to shift the tickets and meetings from 2 weeks ago.

I submitted our company account statements. which showed over 8 digits within a 6 months period and cash balance of over 7 digits . But I was shocked to receive that he won't be coming along. Find attached his refusal notice.

Note: the letter submitted by our British partners is same format I used in the past. exact same format.

Right now. I don't really want to go anymore. Cos, I can't see myself alone in the cold.

How soon can I reapply. and how best do I address this. I am suppose to leave on Monday though, so, I might apply for him against a later date.

I think someone answered your question yesterday. You submitted your passport at TLS . The fact that tls sent you a message that your passport is ready means wherever you applied, your passport is waiting for you. Just go there with the collection slip and retrieve your passport. Sheffield mail not really important anymore. They've finished their work.

Congratulations bro!! I told you that your application was straight forward and you will get the visa within the stated duration. I think you should lodge a complain about TLS not sending you an email or SMS eventhoigh you paid for the service. Imagine if you had rely on them and missed your flight!

I didnt get decision email. Only got receipt email the second day after submission. That was the only email I got.

However, I called UK on Tuesday and they said they had decided.

Each applicant should have their application, I think. You can then pay for group TLS appointment and have the biometrics etc as a group; same date and time

As far as i know each applicant need to apply separately.

I know close to nothing about living in Scotland but in terms of affordable accommodation, use gumtree to search and always always view any accommodation before committing your money.

The further from town centre the cheaper.
