My grouse with this policy is the wastage involved and has nothing to do with who he gave it to. Setting up industries that can employ thousands of Nigerians and generate taxes for 5 billion naira, is better than dishing out 5 billion naira to 1 million unemployed people.

When you're as wealthy as Norway or Denmark, you can afford welfare for the poorest. Not when you're a wretched, impoverished, hellhole like Nigeria.
