military is usually very strict with their requirements, if it is stated 22-28, then even 29 will be rejected.

I doubt if the Nigerian army are guilty of the recent fingers pointed towards them about injecting viruses to humans. They do not even have the sense to recruit virologist, molecular biologist, bacteriologist. The Nigerian army with all due respect are not exposed to the idea of bio weapons. They only do there things with guns and explosives. There recruitment method need to be revisited and a wider range of professionals should be recruited. Victory is from God Alone.
