Rohr is a far better manager. He knows more about the game outside tactics. Especially keeping the team together. See how he shielded Akpeyi even when he was about to drop him. Or how he kept Alloy Agu in the coaching crew despite his limitation.

His management of Victor Moses needs a book for coaches to learn how to manage an egotistical player. Even his dropping of Awaziem, Onyekuru and Osimhen because he did not want them in camp and disappointed when they did not make match day squad.

Rohr also reads teams very well. He is the better manager. However, when it comes to tactical set-up and play, Siasia trumps. It is not even a debate.

Which did your prefer excellent tactics and bad management to good management and good tactics?

If he was that good why did Liverpool let him go

If he was that good WHY were all the teams in French League 1 not in a desperate que to buy him

He was so good he never played one game in the premiership for Liverpool, explain

Gomez at 18 left league 1 and Charlton Athletic and straight into Liverpool first team. Leaving Ilori to watch with Envy, Why

Not one premiership team registered interest in Ilori why because he was so good

So it's all newspaper talk with no substance.

ok so all the other teams from the Afcon olympic qualifiers were all bad except Germany and Colombia because we lost to both, isn't that a biased judgement? Actually I guess you have not been following North American football but Honduras just qualified for the world cup playoffs ahead of USA with largely the same set of players at the Olympics, some shiity team right?

Now you are trying to run down the quality of the last Olympics, I expected that anyways but you can only defeat what you have infront of you right? And Siasia did that, is he to be blamed for the 'supposed' lack of quality? Bias

how that semifinal against Germany was so one-sided sure beats me when we got atleast 5 very good chances to score, maybe you need to watch the game again no?

Atleast we can agree now that Siasia took us to the Rio Olympics without preparing or Kalika and still came back with a bronze medal, we are making progress grin

Let's pretend like you didn't see the Kalika interview excerpts I posted. Anyway, one thing I cannot take away from Siasia is his insatiable thirst to improve and update his skills. Before he took over the Olympic team, he went for a coaching course in Europe.

However, to say he is a tactical genius is very wrong assessment and quite misleading.

I was stating the obvious about the Olympics. The quality of the football event was nothing to write home about. I have seen U20 tourneys of higher quality than the show in Rio.

Because the USA didn't make it to the world cup while Honduras made it to the play offs doesn't make Honduras any bigger than they are.

Let's call a spade, a spade. A USA team still depending on a 34year old Clint Dempsey doesn't deserve a place in the world cup.

Let's press to the last minutes.

For a 19years old, he has been obviously impressive.

To be honest OUTSTANDING, this boy has only played academy football up until last season.

It's an indication of the depth of quality in some of these youth teams of the top clubs. To become a top goal scorer in the championship in relegation battling team is simply immense.

Aina leaves youth team at Chelsea and he is the best RB in the championship in a few weeks of football.

Consider that Iwobi had not played a senior game for Arsenal before he was capped by Nigeria.

It means we are not doing our homework well. Some of these boys need to be capped straight away. When I said some of the players we talk about playing in obscure leagues may not be good enough for the youth teams of Chelsea and similar. Some were offended.

I have watched Tega since he was 15 I knew he was good but not this good. If Tega can be scoring in a struggling team that don't create many chances at all. What would he be like if he was in a top team.

lol....tell you'd country to sort it's self out rather than looking to snatch another country's work.

You want the best, you make the best, not steal the best. We've taken enough from England, they can have this one. That's 3-3 for this generation grin

Wenger deserves some credit here for rewarding his hard-work with playing-time.

Another nice move was his dropping of Ozil to the bench.
