Leon Balogun Not Getting Games At Mainz 05 After Refusing To Sign Contract Extension



The curious case of one of the best defenders in Africa Leon Balogun not getting games at Bundesliga side Mainz 05 has provoked an explanation from German Journalist Roland Mark‎.

honestly. Leon's another likeable guy in the team, hard to say a bad word of him even when he has a not so good performance...I'll have to say, this team is filled with likeable guys, most of them are upbeat, fun, great personalities all round. I haven't connected with a team as much as I have these guys and I must attribute that to their social media presence.

If I want to know what's up in camp, I can always visit Iwobi's Snapchat or Ogu's or Ndidid's...Leon's IG page is also very useful as well as Awaziem's....I think the easy access thing helps a lot.
