for most android phones u can solve it by disabling draw over apps permission for all d apps then enable it one by one to identify the culprit. For miui I think the permission is the same as display pop up permission

Download a free app from playstore called, install button unlocker.......

Grant all permissions and turn on in accessibility section, and that annoying overlay thing, would be overlayed forever......

Recently, I discovered that it only charges when powered off. It never charges when on. like I said this is a very recent development?

Can any one in the house be of help by way of advice?
