Thanks for replying sir, 4k plus ain't a small money for one to chill(lol). I would still write their customer care to actually understand how the new system works and how it affected my cash.
ya,already sent them a message , with screenshots of the two balance and dates, waiting patiently for their reply.

How do you check your Stanbic MMF balance? Is there an app or you log on to their website?

It is advisable to stick with Treasury Bills... If you want long term investments, shift to FGN Bonds or FGN Savings Bonds. All these crowdfunding schemes are temporary and you may lose your funds.

Be wise

I quite understand your skepticism about investing in crowdfunding because scammers are getting smarter everyday and have also devise means of doing it through crowdfunding. However, my object of discuss is to reaffirm that Transberg is real with real human face, workforce and physical vehicles and verifiable office address. You also have the opportunity of recouping a part of your initial capital and interest from the first month. You can join the Transberg whatsapp group chat on 08034234960 for more info.

I subscribed to GIF at the same time as MMF. Its great, there's hardly any fall in price, its increase is steady. The interest is about the same as MMF and you get a yearly dividend which isn't spectacular. Its more of a long term investment and its not exciting watching it daily. I would say its the safest of all the funds.

I just looked up transberg now, their business concept is cool but my only problem is insurance, they can wake up tomorrow and disappear with my funds.

The investment is in the vehicles and we have comprehensive insurance. Nothing like disappearing with your fund since you will be earning monthly.

I'm in the process of opening an account with FBN and subscribing to their dollar fund. I actually sent all my details for opening the account already and they should open it today. Does anyone have experience with this in terms of customer service, interests, etc?

Have you had any success doing this? What's the customer service like?
2017 has been good for them, with total returns supra 10%. There's also some reporting from Bloomberg that investors were falling over themselves for a slice of the upcoming FG $5.5 billion Eurobond.

I'd like to partake in the fund but I'm not in Nigeria
Re: Mutual Funds by RedCapChief(m): 12:37am On Oct 12, 2017
Comparing T-Bills with Money market funds is just weird. Interest compounding and the ability of investment banks to get sweet deals at CBN's Open Market Auctions put MMFs ahead.
How do you take advantage of corporate commercial papers @ 18% if you don't use an MMF?

Bro, you feel Bitcoin investments are ponzi schemes? I ask because i intend to learn from your perspective.

Personally, i feel they are simply speculative instruments rather than investment instruments.

Would like to read from you.
