How I wish they can just add band 28,, fast charge and upgrade the camera of note 4 small, in a different design then name it note 5. Note 4 has specs of a midrange device stretched already, imo.

On top how much nau? grin

Sd660 is midrange also
and it would not be so bad to see it on the redmi note 5
Remember the redmi note 3 runs with sd650.

Xiaomi doesn't think so, the S660 is more than a midrange, very close to the S820 and is 'flagship worthy'.

Banggood, Gearbest, Dealsmachine, Geekbuying, are all good, but for me Aliexpress is better. Phones especially are cheaper in Aliexpress, plus better customer service, faster shipping mostly, and easier/better communication with seller.

Nah,not going to happen. The note 5 will either be sd626 or sd630. Xiaomi are stylishly changing their biz model.

So you're telling me now that the midrange RN5 is unworthy of the SD660?

Yes it's not, otherwise who do you think will go for the Mi note 3 for such a hefty price? Unless you want them to price the Redmi note 5 above $300, that is never going to happen.

Ensure you backup important files on a memory card, pc, or any other external storage.

Copy the rom into the internal memory of your device in a folder you should name downloaded_rom (you don't need to create another one if it's already there), then go to the updater app, tap the 3 dots on the top right of your screen, choose update package, the scroll down to the folder, 'downloaded_rom ', and tap on the rom. Update with begin automatically, don't stop it till it's completed, takes around 15 mins. Ensure you switch on data during the process.
is there anything else that i have to do before i begin

If you are particular about sleekness, why not get the Mi 5? The Huawei is a bad choice for me, and what's the difference in sleekness between Redmi note 4x? The Huawei is 0.3mm slimmer but is longer and wider than the Xiaomi by same 0.3mm, making it even bulkier.

Thanks for sharing your views bro.. I will read up the Mi 5 spec
