Cross River has huge debt which is being repaid from its FAAC hence its relatively low looking federal allocation. If you think that because your are bloody rich you won't help your poor neighbour, he'll become a problem for you. However, the states should be given more power to generate more money and in so doing, the pool gets bigger and you still get based on your contribution and Nigeria grows better beautyoftheLord: |
