junnyjake: Ndidi is not old. It is just the strictness of the MRI scan. Keep on mind that people within the right age or even below can fail but very hard for someone older to pass. Ndukka Ugbade used to train Ndidi as a young boy. |

This Noah Bazee, seems to be rated highly by Rorh. I won't be surprised if he makes the world cup squad. |

safarigirl:I don't want to come in coz I realised we always exaggerate our players age and is not something good for our image. If I cannot say anything on Iheanacho age but i can say much of his mate at U17 Taiwo Awoniyi,he is like a son to me meaning he is a very small boy, that's d more reason anytime people complain about his development,I just laughed, still a very young boy. |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by Joebie: 5:39pm On Oct 18, 2017 |
Osaz etc will need to show they can still perform at a high level. They need to move to bigger leagues and still perform to make a strong case especially considering that we have younger emerging players now. As much as we want to build a young team, we cannot afford to ignore performing experience. Experience alone is not enough. Mickael2: |

Humility017: First of all Osaze played for Rotheram before he went to Indonesia, he scored there too and left because he wanted to leave, don't argue what you do not know. Maybe you still do not understand. I said I will take Osaze as a RWF ahead of Iwobi and Moses Simon, if we talk about the AMF position I will not bring in Osaze. When Osaze was 20 he was a regular for Lokomotiv Moscow, a champions league regular then, despite starting from one club like that in Nigeria, Iwobi started from the academy. No need going further, this is not an Osaze vs Iwobi debate and shouldn't be, Osaze scored a minimum of 10goals in the Epl for like 4 seasons or 5, Iwobi's career total isn't even close. Honestly, have you watched any of Osaze's games? I will pardon you because you do not bother to watch even highlights. The same Iranian team held Argentina for 90minutes and I remember Enyeama making some saves in that game. I agree totally that Keshi's team selection generally was poor but his first eleven was spot on and his tactics for that Bosnia match was accurate, no need making a mockery of it just to praise Rohr |

Wenger suddenly knew Alex Iwobi was a good player after he was called up for Nigeria, and decided to renew his contract. You had a good argument initially considering Iwobi had barely made the first team at the time, but you went on to mess it up. forgiveness: |

Nigerians and bring him down attitude, though I was only able to watch the U17 final game against Mexico but that under 17 is most likely the youngest U17 team we have ever paraded, even my elder sister that also saw that game told me those boys are young. That aside, I think Nigerians always believe any negative news about Nigeria and shout it to the high heaven and won't say much if it is a positive news 2 Likes |

safarigirl: not to dispute your claim about his age but Iheanacho is still 5'11, 184cm actually. I mean you know wetin be 6'2?! Ronaldo is 6 and half, goalkeepers are 6'2, Iheanacho is 5'11 at best. How tall is Iwobi? Now before the babylonians come for my head.... I hereby declare that I believe totally that Iheanacho is not more than 23, I have never believed such rumours so please disregard anybody that thinks otherwise |

oga stop all that yeye talk. Somebody said this somebody said that. What do you know for a fact? Any player who passes the MRI was under 17. The testing is 99% accurate. We are civilized humans here. Talk with facts, unless you can produce their original birth certificates. Don't argue with assumptions. Many people who said this and that are just blabbing. That's how Someone came here on nairaland the other day to try to disprove Okoro's age only to finally admit he made a mistake. You sef go dey believe dem say. elyte89: 4 Likes |

Why are you answering him? He's a very funny dude. I doubt he's serious with this 27 to 29 yrs brouhaha. But in a serious note, anyone that claims a player is above agr with ridiculous statements such as I know him, I know his older brother, or he grew up in my area, just kindly leave a pics of you and that player. It's easy for anyone to say they know a player and all of his upbringing, whereas they may not even know what state such player either hails from or grew up at. I was pained on Twitter today when some Nigerians on Spanish laliga twitter page were bashing Uzoho after they acknowledged him for being the youngest goalie. If it was foreigners, I for understand, but na Naija peeps de mess d guy up pass. Smh TheGoodJoe: 4 Likes |

elyte89:guy besides the jokes do you have any evidence or you are just using the ol' ''naija we know ourselves'' side talk to judge KC's age? Just because some Nigerian players are age cheats doesn't mean you should paint everyone with the same brush. The fact of the matter is that KC passed the MRI test end of discussion 1 Like |
