Tekecoms1: I'm not sure what it is you need a GRE score sheet sample for but be it known that the visa officers have direct access to most US exam result checking websites such as SAT, TOEFL, GRE etc and for every result you present to them they nearly always walk into their back computer to verify the score/result instantly. Anything discovered to be fake may warrant you a long-term ban from getting a US visa. Think twice before doing anything that you intend to do. 5 Likes |

bigfrancis21:F2 students can become f1 students quickly , the business is the best , no one needs a license to plate box braids, sharp girls we I know dey make money pass me right now , upon sey na 2 jobs I dey work. It's a home service business.an f1 student can works 19 hours a week and makes 190 a week. An hairdresser makes this in a days work , and she gets at least 10 jobs a month , way more if she's in a black community. 2 Likes |

Mayorboi:Bro, Nice transcript.. You may find this late but give it a try.. Prof. Valentine Nzengun of University of Georgia in Athens has an ongoing research on in-situ bioremediation and Biostimulation of soil and groundwater contaminant (Phytoremediation).. It is a full funded research where he needs grad students. I'm sure you have a little knowledge of Hydrogeology or surface/groundwater hydrology, If yes send him an email at vnzengun@uga.edu. I dont know how the transfer stuff works, if you can transfer from SIUE to UGA but you may ask people here and get this done ASAP. Regards! 5 Likes 2 Shares |

ProfOjah1234: Nice one bro.. where have you been since. At SIUE I was accepted by Prof. Zhi-Qing Lin to join his research on Developing phytoremediation techniques for cleaning up trace elements from contaminated soil & water using phytovolatization - extraction & stabilazation. But he is being shady with the funding talk. I will take a look at this.. tnx. |

eldee365:If you want to have good chances of been admitted in to an MBA program from a good school. Then it is recommended that you take the GMAT exam |
Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 12 by gokuu(m): 9:11am On Oct 19, 2017 |
eldee365: Business schools, at least top 100, require you to take the GMAT or the GRE. Some schools prefer the GMAT especially for the MBA; but the vast majority accept both. Harvard / Wharton for instance accepts both. It’s best you look at the schools you have in mind to see what tests they accept, or what test they prefer. There are also “dead” schools that do not require standardised tests; but if you go there no single decent company will hire you after the “mba.” Apply to a top 50 MBA to at least have a shot of getting a good job that can sponsor your H1B. See Bloomberg’s ranking of MBAs https://www.bloomberg.com/features/2016-best-business-schools/ It’s also advisable you hire a consultant to “polish” you; by consultant, I do not mean “agents,” I mean like this: http://www.expartus.com 1 Like 1 Share |

Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 12 by firmphem: 10:27am On Oct 19, 2017 |
I dont think it should affect your chances. but the candid advice is that you should first go and they should later get F2 visa. you know it is a new terrain. except you have much money. adesegun14: 1 Like |
Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 12 by gokuu(m): 10:56am On Oct 19, 2017 |
eldee365: MBA's usually will not give full funding. They can give full-tuition but you must be a "great" candidate - meaning your undergrad GPA is very high (3.9 ish); You are hitting 750 in the GMAT; you kill your interviews; your recommendations; your professional accomplishments; your extracurricular activities; and most important "YOUR STORY" as told in your essays. The essays are very key - that's where you sell your past, present, and future ambitions. If you do not even know what exams to write, you are late to the party. First deadlines have passed already; in fact, interview decisions for round 1 have gone out. Round 2 is around the corner; the further the round, the lower the scholarship dollars available. 1 Like |

eldee365:Are you Kyle xy that will be able to prepare for three exams within a limited frame of time?, that's a big waste of time. Since you need funding, it is highly recommended that you apply to a good school with an excellent test score. Although most schools accept both, some still prefer the GMAT over the GRE, it's therefore better that you take the GMAT so that you don't constrain your choice of schools because of your test score. However, if you've been preparing for the GRE for a reasonable period of time, just continue........just weigh all factors before making a decision. |

Re: General U.s.a (student) Visa Enquiries-part 12 by gokuu(m): 11:30am On Oct 19, 2017 |
eldee365: You will need to so some research. Applying to business school is very different from applying to most other programs. You cannot just say "anything that has funding." You need to have direction and a clear strategy. What do you want to do? You must be very specific in b-school application. what are your exact career goals? b-schools, especially the good ones, are extremely competitive and they do not want to waste slots on people who do not have a career strategy. So, what exactly do you want to do? 1 Like |

eldee365: "Good score" is relative. 700 will be amazing at Univ of Florida, but it will be "meh" at Columbia. TOEFL does not have anything value for assessing applications in B-school; it just shows you can learn and communicate in English; If you like score 120/120, does not matter. |

MY ADVICE TO YOU IF YOU ARE VISITING MURTALA MUHAMMED AIRPORT ANYTINE SOON. If you have not been to Murtala muhammed airport this week you need to be prepared to face alot of hardship. The multi-storey car park has just been opened for use and I think the authority want to encourage people to use it. The pickup point under the bridges has been barricaded with barb-wire. Arriving passengers are expected to push their trolley and luggage to the new car park, enter the car and drive off. Departing passengers are still allowed drop off at the departure but the traffic on the road may delay you if you don't leave home on time. Because of one entry to the car park there is traffic on airport road so leave your house early if you don't want to miss your flight or keep your passenger waiting. If you are coming with commercial car the commercial car park has been relocated. The new Commercial car park is a little far so be prepared to trek longer distance or wait for the shuttle bus (Only one is working presently). The message is not to scare you but to prepare you. 6 Likes |

adesegun14:I thought someone already responded to you? The truth of the matter is your wife and daughter can go to the embassy with you for an interview but it's always nice to go first and use them for home ties. After that, they apply for F-2. Secondly, applying together at the same time would indicate financial burden for you. Your spouse isn't going to work out there and that will be expensive for you too. The US is not Nigeria. So, take it step-by-step. And get a scholarship in order to reduce your expenses. 2 Likes 1 Share |
