Good!!! I just hope some group of persons won't cause trouble because of this.
Some years back while I was still in school, it was during exam. while our exam cards were being checked, 3 pple in veil came in whom I never saw during lectures b4. They refused to be checked & some group of people stood up to support them and were ready to kill the lecturer for trying to see their faces. It took d intervention of some pple to save the lecturer.

In a porous environment like Nigeria where security cannot be guaranteed, nicap should be banned Shekinah.

Buh the truth is that sentimentalism no go gree northern Muslims agree. The worse is that most of these ladies who cover faces are ugly as fork, so what are they hiding

If this is true then,it is a very good idea. Naturally,masquerades don't go to school. Only bona fide homo sapiens with faces do. Even face caps are no longer allowed by most campus securities. Talking from experience.

If this fashion accessory can be banned in countries with predominant muslim populations such as Chad due mainly to security concerns,then I believe we here should be a whole lot wiser.

In as much as the move by the institution is to instill discipline into the students and ensure security on the campus, using the words "LOUSY and IMMORAL" for the dressing of a particular religion is very wrong, insulting and an hate message against the religion.


It is wrong. Can they use the words "lousy and immoral" to announce ban on the dressing of a nun?

This is highly inappropriate, why tag indecent and immoral way of dressing alongside those who deem it fit enough to protect their chastity and ward off evils that comes out of revealing one's body shape through there outfits. This is a big shame on the University authority and I must say highly hypocritical......
