I have gotten 3G speeds faster than that with MTN n Etisalat in Abj

Mind you the speeds you see is megabitsperseconds(Mbps) not MegaBytesperseconds(MBps)

Meaning 11Mbps = 1.375MBps. That is your downlink

Educating the masses. Nice one. Most Nigerians often think Megabits per second(Mbps) is the same as megabytes per sec(MBps). So I can understand the OP thinking he's got download speeds of 11MB/s when in actuality it's not. 11Mbps is very poor for 4G LTE.

i actually find what you just said absolutely correct tho. downloading files of like 100mb still takes me up to 5 mins..

dont believe what you see there. these guys (Speed test) have been known to give fake Speed results if you think im lying check the reviews on google play store.. make use of google Speed test then i will believe u

You can also use fast.com to check downlink speeds
