Big risk shocked

Yeah big risk = big returns/big loss

Last year december BTC was around NGN 400,000.. People said its too expensive & too risky.. Imagine 400k Is now 2million for the risk takers but again it could have gone south and became worthless

Bro, you feel Bitcoin investments are ponzi schemes? I ask because i intend to learn from your perspective.

Personally, i feel they are simply speculative instruments rather than investment instruments.

Would like to read from you.

Bitcoin itself is not a ponzi but It is used by some people to do ponzi instead of using the fiat currency. In some developed countries(I know of South Korea and Japan) Bitcoin can be used to buy and sell goods.

I find this article both instructive and quite enlightening.

LMFAO grin grin

Dude, MMM is dead since late last year/ early this year.
Are you not up to date?

Bitcoin has nothing to do with MMM, and it is not a Ponzi scheme.

Weird that you look for news about YOUR country on a 'foreign' website, written by a foreigner.

Oh well...

Please can someone kindly explain to me the idea behind interest being paid twice a year or quarterly. Does it mean that if the interest rate is say 12%, the 12% will be paid 2 times in a year? or the 12% will be broken down into 6% paid twice to make 12? Thanks.

12% interest is for the whole year, so if interest is paid twice in a year it mean 12/2=6% every six months and also if interest payout is quarterly it results to 12/4=3% payout every three months.

In as much as I am not offering investment advice, But No serious minded investor should ignore bitcoin/cryptocurrency. Diversify a % of your investment into it. Some big risk takers have decided to go 100%. Its the best way to hedge funds against fiat currency inflation.

Yes, bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are risky investments, notably due to volatility. But you should not ignore it. Because every risk can be managed.

Bill Gate, Richard Branson, Christine Lagarde, Steve Wosniak, Julian Assange, Eric Schmidt, Peter Thiel - These guys can not all be wrong.

The question is who do you listen to? What credibility do they have?

At the end it still a matter of choice. But in my opinion "DO NOT IGNORE BITCOIN/CRYPTOCURRENCY"

Yes i red the article from A to Z. You really need to also understand my point. Whether the article is outdated or not, reading foreign websites about the reader's country is not weird. That is my point and is very simple to understand. It is not a crime and it is not a new thing wink
