Those whose portal is editable are the ones with documents mismatched. That is, the name they used to apply differs from the names on the uploaded documents . Like someone pointed out he didn't write maiden name but it is on result. If yours is closed, it means your documents are intact.

At this point, ONLY DPR HR team can explain why some candidates application portals are closed while others are still open and editable.

1. Some people never uploaded anything and theirs are closed

2. Some uploaded document(s) and theirs are open.

However, my instinct tells me that those whose portals are closed may have not moved to the next stage.

It is also important to note that DPR already have your details and documents with them even before you were shortlisted for test. They may still request for them during interview.

I see no reason why people are rushing to upload new document or edit already existing details on their portal.

It is my prayer that God Almighty will show mercy and bless those who truly rely on Him with this job.

These are unnecessary speculations and I could sense impatience, childishness in almost every post up there. Wait till dpr contacts (invites or rejects) you via mail.. you blokes should stop speculating ignorantly.

Before the test, those that were not invited had their applications Rejected, I was on their profile. Those that had pending successful submission also had theirs rejected after the test.

Allow them to keep speculating... They totally forgot there is power in D tongue. Let's wait and see what changes will be noticed by those who claim they can still access their portal

Application Portal Closed! Is a message that your portal is no more accessible for alteration and editing hence is being processed. If you haven't moved on it should have been displayed already on ur portals before being closed. So my view is that either going to be rejected or invited depends on the outcome of their processing when the portal closed. It's not possible they invite very few or less number for the interview, so those whose portals are still open, I can't say anything about it. But I know my Case is different.

With the way this thread is going, 1000 pages dey learn... DPR will soon open the portal with informations and close the ones open be4.. And anoda drama will start.

Isn't that exactly what i stated? The venue of the test had already been communicated to those who were approved even before "application rejected" showed up on the other portals. That's why i said that's the ray of hope here.

I know your type. You can't think unless your pastor does it for you. If things were according to people's desire, we'd all be working in DPR right now.

@GMB4real, @Fatdick, @Fayenis. Your input is highly required at this point. The latest stage of this recruitment is application closed Vs application editable. Those that were not shortlisted for the test have their application portal closed. And DPR did say it categorically that any information or development will be communicated via the application portal. If your portal is closed at this point, it's in your best interest to move on. Many other opportunities will come. I remember writing about 7 aptitude tests before getting the job where I work presently. One application turned down is not the end of the road. And for those who are 'obviously' still in the race, like I said before, what will be will be.

But please house is there any OND applicant on nairaland with changes to his/her application portal?

If they didn't want your profile to be editable anymore, they would simply disable that option just the way it was before. They don't have to close the whole portal just to make sure you don't edit.

This is one of the biggest employment dilenma I have seen in recent times. You do not know what side of the coin you belong. If your portal is still open you feel you are on a safer side. Those whose application portal is closed feel they are on the better side of positivity. Those with "object moved" cases too wish to get a good report in the end. The question now is, whose report will we believe? I shall believe only the report of DPR which will better explain if the controversy is over or not.

If everybody profile was closed then people won't speculate as much but the fact that very few(less than 5 on this thread I think) still have there's open is quite telling because it gives the indication that applicants have been segregated based on some factors. So I guess we can only have a small ray of hope like the guy earlier said.

Those that didnt make it to the next stage, their details have been deleted from dpr server, but those that made it to the next stage have their details still intact with dpr. Thats why they emphasised on checking ur profile if their is any development. And when they want to send invites they will just invite those they still have their details in their website. They were just making life easier for themselves. Thats what happened during aptitude test for those with 'approved' and 'pending submission'.

You guys should ask those that received SMS invite
for the interview if their own portal is accessible or not.

Nobody received any SMS invite. You said you receive SMS for interview and no venue was stated among other things

Some of the candidates who received an invite yesterday, their portal was closed also.
